Keswick Ministries has been supporting, encouraging, and hosting mission partners and their families for over a hundred years.

Each year, the mission grant is available to mission partners who need spiritual and physical refreshment to support the costs of attending the Convention.

If you are a mission partner serving in the UK or abroad, it would be our joy to host you at this Convention. See below for details of how to apply. You can also donate to the mission grant below.

How to Apply for a Grant

What are the criteria?

Click here to see the criteria. If you meet the criteria, please submit an enquiry about the grant via the form below.

Can I invite a mission partner I know to Keswick?

  • Yes! Give your mission partner our email address or send them this link so they can enquire.

  • If you wish to invite a friend who is an overseas national requiring a visa, you’ll need to sponsor them by writing a supporting letter to accompany the visa application. (Keswick Ministries is unable to do this). Keswick should make up just a part of a longer trip to the UK, as we do not pay for fares.

How and when do I apply for a grant?

  • Use the button below to contact our team and enquire about a grant for the next Convention.

  • Alternatively, you can contact our team via phone or email: 017687 80075 or email: info@keswickministries.org

  • Application forms will be available from Keswick Ministries on request from November. Funding is limited, so apply as early as possible. We will confirm grants in January.

Give to the mission grant

Giving to the mission grant is an impactful way to sow into mission work and to support those working out the gospel in the UK or overseas. All donations will go directly to mission partners and their families so they can come, be refreshed with God's word, and enjoy much-needed fellowship with the body of Christ at the Convention.

“Having just returned from long-term service in the mission field, the Keswick Arts Retreat gave us the space to slow down and be refreshed. We also appreciated the opportunity to learn from Christian artists and hone our art. Last year, we attended the Keswick Convention and enjoyed the solid Bible teaching, powerful corporate worship, inspiring music in the Keswick Unconventional programme, and the opportunity to meet believers and other missionaries. We look forward to returning for future programmes!”
