A Transforming Vision For Rest And Recreation: Entering And Enjoying God's Rest

God, the inventor of Sabbath, invites his people to enter his rest (Hebrews 4:9-11). But, in a fallen world, even in our busy service of God, we can feel more like Cain, who was cursed to be, “a restless wanderer” (Genesis 4:12). In this seminar we’ll develop a biblical, gospel-shaped, understanding of true rest and explore practical ways to develop rhythms of rest that promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.
