Because of his infinite grace, there is an alternative to enduring the outworking of God’s just wrath. God himself calls on his people ‘to return to your God; maintain love and justice, and wait for your God always’. (12:6) Obedience to this call is nothing less than the way of wisdom and discernment. (14:9) So will we be wise?
