I live in a Scottish council estate. It’s a matriarchal society. Men are often absent, abusive, or addicts. The men that young lads aspire to be are either those who control the most people through fear, or those who lose control most often in anger. Your context may be different, but just as challenging. How do we evangelise and disciple men and boys amid these challenges, and when even the categories of gender are being challenged?
