The Additional Needs Team provides 1:1 and small-group support to help those who need it to take part fully in the Kids & Youth programme. You’ll share the gospel in an age- and need-appropriate way, encourage engagement in teaching, games, and activities, and help create an inclusive and caring environment. It’s a deeply rewarding role for anyone passionate about making church accessible to all.
