Be part of the team that helps make the Convention heard and seen – both in Keswick and around the world. As part of the Tech & Production Team, you’ll help set up and operate sound and video equipment, support speakers and hosts, and ensure events run smoothly across multiple venues. It’s an exciting, hands-on role ideal for those interested in audio-visual tech, problem-solving, and teamwork.
